Refund policy

Every Dat Gurl item is made to order especially for you. Because products are produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will work to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We cannot offer returns or exchanges when the incorrect size was ordered.

Cancellations and Changes 

Orders begin processing quickly. Changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Once an  order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
